Scquare International Breaker Course Workbook

Scquare runs a creative thinking training programme called Breaker. The idea of the course is to train business people in the science of lateral thinking, so they can find creative solutions to their business problems themselves, in house. Our job was to design and create artwork for a workbook to support this unique and highly creative training programme.

Our biggest challenge was to ensure the book achieved the right balance between the science that the programme is based on and the up-beat creativity that it inspires.

First, we spent time completely understanding the course, its format and long-term benefits to make sure our material added value for the participants. We then produced all the collateral needed for the programme, including a wiro-bound workbook with many hand-drawn elements – including some of the typefaces. We also created an interactive game and prompt cards that participants could use later to stimulate their own creative thinking.

Awarding the Best

Good eye candy is hard to come by these days. By good, we're talking about visually appealing graphic design and print marketing that rocks. We like to separate the wheat from the chaff and showcase only the best.
