Website design is highly creative thing where online matter is created for better business and its expansion. If we see from a designer’s perspective, new website designing is started from a blank page feels like painting a blank canvas and making meaning out of it.It is interesting to know about the process of web designing from a designer’s viewpoint. They are given a blank web page with some basic information regarding the requirements of the client and business information. It takes insight and deep vision about the placement of designs on a web page without throwing them randomly.Every web page consists of some basic elements to place it in right manner which includes images, text, headlines, navigation icons and so on. A web designer having knowledge about each of this element and their significance can easily decide on where to place them on the page. For instance navigation keys are placed either at the top or left, headlines are found on top of any topic and so on.Goals of the customers are main criteria in deciding which elements to feature on the website and where for maximum usage. Take the example of advertisements, they are placed on locations that are clearly visible to the site visitor so that they can click on them as wanted by the website owner. That does not mean ads have to be placed right in the middle of the page! Imagine a web page where a banner ad is placed in the middle of the text content, it would surely look out of place provided they are in connection to each other.If web content is positioned on the top of a logo it is going to look absurd and out of place. Websites have to be visually appealing as it is most important feature, no matter how much information the website has, if it lacks attractive presentation visitors would not prefer looking at it. Simplicity yet elegancy are the key to success for any website design.
