Horrible Service....and my website is STILL not complete

In March 2008 i paid Rachielle 1/2 the money to start my website. She contacted me in April w/a mock up. After that I didnt hear back from her until LATE august....mind you i was calling and emailing her on a VERY regular basis. When she did contact me back (via voicemail) she told me she had been in the hospital the past few weeks. i totally understand that, but since i heard that message i have been calling and emailing her w/NO response. if yuo go to my website www.B-Luscious.com you will see that it is STILL undone. At this point im trying to get my money back from her and want nothing else to do w/her and her company. Im filing a complaint w/the better business bureau and a police report.
