When I did communicate with a representative, Samantha M., it was very pleasant and professional. The work is not professional and the lag time is agonizing. I'd wait 24 hours for a proof if I just changed the text. At one point, I rec'd no response from the company in 5 business days. I do not recommend this company at any price point.
