I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how much I appreciate your services. When I came to you for web site design and hosting I had never been through the process before. All I knew was what I wanted to express to my potential customers. I heard nothing but bad stories from business associates about this kind of project and didn't know what to expect. I am glad to report the experience was a very positive one. I just banked on the fact you were recommended by the Deck Industry Association and dove in! You took the time to interview me in depth to determine my business goals and values before starting the project. I believe that is the key reason the website represents my business so accurately. Not only is it accurate but it has a real quality look and that represents my company so well. I am constantly hearing from new customers that the website sold them on calling for a proposal. You did the work in the amount of time you said you would and within the estimated budget. Your web hosting services have been excellent as well. I have never experienced time when the site was down or when our email wouldn't work. I recommend your company to associates all the time. I have used Clayton Eads to do my website and many upgrades for the past 5 years. The things that impresses me the most, besides creating a great website, is just how friendly Clayton is all the time. We do most of our dealing over the phone, and it seems that Clayton never has a bad day. The other thing I like about dealing with Clayton is he fixes things while I’m on the phone with him.
