Disgustingly unprofessional

I shouldve sued them. Terrible service and total extortion artists. Joe Trusty is the most dishonest business person ever. Paid for maintenance agreements and consultation time, hundreds of dollars, gave me absolutely nothing for my money. I built my business from the ground up on my own and held my domain name hostage when i sold my website and business for a nice 6-figure number. He actually felt he was entitled to a part of what I sold my business for. I paid this jerk to build a website, thats like paying a builder to build a house and then when you sell the house the builder wants more money. Fortunately, i managed to get my domain name and the sale went off fine. STAY AWAY!
