Seems I have the exact same f'n problems as everyone else. the logo work was good but once you get past that their service and turn around time suck. Ask where they are physically located and you get Georgia, but they all speak broken English, they are all over seas, that is why it takes so long... When they created our website, which we were not happy with, they had redirected all of my hosting and I could not properly manage the site or have someone else work on it. I have another company redoing the entire website. Recommend them..absolutely not, like someone else's review said...just shoot yourself in the head first!

I ordered the $1500 package in 5/2010. They have not worked on my website and it is no where near completed. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! They don't return phone calls or emails. They don't value your time as a business customer. They don't follow design instructions. The people who run this business should be ashamed of how it is operating. I am in the process of requesting a total refund and I don't care about the so called no refund policy (watch that) since they BREACHED THE CONTRACT. They will continue to BREACH CONTRACTS, soooooo BEWARE!

I ordered a logo and business cards and it was a painless and smooth process. I am very pleased with the courtesy i received and the speed of service. I will be using logoloft again.

Terrible company, Charged card, never performed work!

This company, The Logo Loft in Alabama has terrible customer service! They dropped my call, transfered me to nobody, won\'t return my e-mails, never have the \"Chat Now\" active, and will not refund my credit card for work that was never performed! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

We have been trying to get our website completed since May 2008. It is now Jan 2009. Lucy Carr will not return calls, emails, or respond to VM. I am presently disputing the charges with my credit card company, filing with the Attorney General of AL and filing in small claims court in AL. These people need to be stopped.

We paid them $1,298 for web design with a custom template which cost extra, stationary, business cards, and logo design. We decided to cancel months ago because of the service we received. We did not get what we payed for or a refund. We are still in the process of contacting them.

I am totally satisfied with TheLogoLoft. This one logo could be worth millions. The bible says write your vision and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. This is the begining of business. You need a logo. Thanks LogoLoft, I will be recommending you.

I first contacted in 12/07 to create my logo. I was satisfied with the design and they did meet the 4 day deadline. The problem occurred when I placed an order for business cards. They charged my credit card in early 01/08 and ignored my 3 e-mail attempts to get the status. I telephoned their office and was told I would receive the drafts "by the end of the business day." 4 days went by before I heard anything, so I called them again. They told me I would receive the drafts "by the end of the day." The "artist" misspelled "president," so I had to submit the correction. I waited over a week before I heard anything. I did a little researching and found that they had over 100+ complaints filed against them by the BBB of Alabama. I wrote to (and cc'ed the President - Aaron Car and the VP, Lucy Carr) to tell them it was ILLEGAL to charge people's credit cards for services/products that have not been rendered or delivered. I told them I would contact the BBB and call my credit card to issue a chargeback if I didn't get my order. They finally sent it. What a headache! I would never do business with them again.
