Lack of respect for deadline and quality of work

They didn't respect deadline, the quality of design and code was very low and they have huge communication problem (people don't know what they are talking about). The initial project sizing was specified to 2-3 weeks in the proposal. After 4 month the website was still not finished and they asked additional money (hourly rate...) to finish the website. In few words: not professional, not skilled, not serious... AVOID!
