The Graphic Department is a team of creative professionals, specializing in graphic design for corporate and marketing communications projects.
Our client roster is very diversified. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients, working with many of them for more than a decade. We have the resources to handle complex, large-scale projects as well as small, specialized assignments with personalized attention.
With more than 25 years of creative success, The Graphic Department can carry a project through from concept to production. In every instance, our commitment is to complete the project on time and within budget. In fact, we are particularly skilled at finding creative design solutions that deliver
the most for the budget.
Our work has earned numerous awards and accolades. Most importantly, we have consistently received rave reviews from our clients, delivering the type of work that keeps them coming back.
Methodology:
We follow a process that can adapt to changing business objectives. All our designs are created in a sequence of steps that start with overall general objectives and move towards specific, focused results. The ever-changing world of design dictates that we use a process that is flexible yet
consistent.
Step 1: Research – Time is spent researching your needs. We have already collected some information, however this process is present throughout our professional relationship. On going
research helps us determine your needs and what recommendations to make.
Step 2: Conception - Weekly meetings are held to discuss any design, technology or production issues. Your Account Representative meets informally with designers, copywriters, programmers
and other team leaders on a daily basis. Timetables and outlines will be used to keep the project on time and within budget.
Step 3: Client Presentation –Unique ideas are presented either formally or informally, depending on your schedule. Client feedback is recorded and concerns are addressed.
Step 4: Final Production - All feedback and concerns from the client presentation step are
considered. A finalized project is approved and produced.
Branding:
In today's ever-changing business environment it is important for organizations to create a brand
image for their product that is consistent across all mediums. Print materials, advertisements, logos, web sites and packaging should all be designed within the same color scheme and style of design. Organizations that create a successful brand image are able to separate their products from
their competitors and the “noise” of other inconsistent marketing and advertising.
