Well exceeded our expectations

I read this review and have to completely disagree. Our experience with this firm was great and they well exceeded our expectations by giving great advice on search engine listings and overall business strategy. They posed questions I would have never thought of to ask myself when building my website and position myself for the future. Staff was pleasant and very responsive. They advised me ways to save spend money and where to invest the money based on my limited budget. Only delays experienced were due to us changing our mind on the text and design after approving and in mid-stream of development. They let us slip with these chagnes with minimal or no additional payment for more time/services. I would recomend this MW Design. I tried another company that completely messed up my site- 1 year later they are no-where to be found. After 4 years, MW design still exists with an office in Union Square unlike some freelance-type designers that work on the side from home.

I don't usually submit reviews, but after going through two other web design firms, it was a blessing to finally meet MW Design Interactive. Their staff were very repsonsive and always kept us updated on the progress of the project. The final project came out above and beyond our expectations. We will certainly use them in the future.

Do not do any business with this company

We started working on a project with this company in August. We signed a contract that included a schedule, which had an end date of November 11th. It is now April and they are still not able to finalize our project. We have lost money and the freelancers who were helping us with the site due to their incompetence and delay. We have had to go over the same information with the Michael Williams design team numerous times because they are completely unorganized and do not actually write down or save most of the work you send them, making us resend and resend things that they are still not taking care of. For the price that you will be paying, you could find a much more competent team or even one person that could do a project for you in half the time. Michael William Web Design is completely unreliable and not worth your time and money.
