Loved my website so much that they attempted to steal it!

I hired Nelson Jim with Pixel moguls because of his portfolio and promises he made. For the first few days he lived up to the promises, then it all fell apart. The two to three week time frame we were given just kept getting pushed further and further back and finally turned into over three months and even after the 3 months he did not deliver on all that was promised. That's just where the fun begins though. It turns out that Nelson loved my creation and idea so much, he tried to take it for himself. A few days after giving him the final half of our payment i decided to do a search on our site just to check out who is using our content. After skipping a few pages i stumbled upon a site that was an exact mirror of my site including MY content. First, i contacted my lawyer, then i sent an email to the administrator of the site which turned out to be Nelson himself. (verified by searching the site owners name for tastee blog.com. We had a letter drafted by our attorney but apparently Jim has not ceased ALL action related to that domain and OUR idea and or intelectual property so we will be proceding with litigation. All in all, i would say stay away from his lies, cheats, and scandals. -Ash @ TCBOTB
