They do not deliver....

Numerous complaints from customers over the last two yrs according to members at Tantalk.com, and the complaints are the same - do not do business with Grip Marketing. Personally I have dealt with them over a 20,000 piece mailing that was supposed to have been delivered on Jan. 2, 2008 for a special sales promotion that still has not gone out as of today, March 3, 2008. This postcard and marketing campaign took over a month to complete with now I have no results and missed the prime selling period for my business. The employees and owner (Gary) at Grip Marketing ignore emails, won't return phone calls and even screen their calls - customers who sent in checks won't receive a refund so be smart and only use a credit card when paying for services like this. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have started the chargeback process with my credit card company.
