If anyone would like to see the emails where the following is said by John and Julie please give us a call or send an email. We have 100's of happy clients, occasionally we get ones like John & Julie. We offered EVERYTHING to make them happy other then to give a refund for work we did. They are liars and expect to get designs done for pennies after signed CONTRACTS!!! Here you can see them praising our work... Clients EXACT comments. I have emails to prove this! 'Thanks Michael, we like these. Your designer really nailed the fonts, lots to choose from there. We will try to meet some time tomorrow and get back with you Tuesday or earlier. And we also really like the 4th and 5th ones. We like that font, and the shiny depth and dimension that is on the fonts and graphic. Instead of the arrow, attached is a graphic that we like, can you make this work with any of these, or something similar? put 2+ colors in it? red/black like on the last one? or the wine color and something.... Not sure which logo it will work the best with, but we like #1, #4, #5, #7 the most. Thanks! Julie

Excite Studio does not stand behind their work AVOID

Xcite studio does not stand behind their work. They have a wonderful portfolio which may lure you into using their services. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They will send you poor outsourced work from India and they think quantity is better then quality. They will continue to send you quick template type designs and lots of them. They are all poor quality. If you request a refund they will refuse and continue to send you poor designs, over and over it actually becomes annoying. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your design work.

Refused refund, work not delivered

Work was absolutely substandard, seemed like the online portfolio was a bait/switch. Contracted with 50% down ($900 deposit) for logo/website. After 2 rounds of logos, we realized we were not going to gel well at all, and offered to pay $200 just to go our separate ways. Refused refund, charged us the full $900 for a pile of useless logos. Their rate for logos on Elance is $200, and these were not finished. Avoid this company, their work seems to be subbed out to various overseas designers and not as good as their portfolio.
