Castle Print & Design, (trading online as Business Cards UK), has been operational for the last 16 years. Based in Newbury, Berkshire CPD was one of the very first printing companies to establish a website, which has grown in strength on a regular basis. We are one of the very few sites that do not employ business card templates, as we have always preferred to offer a bespoke, personal service and judging by the comments we receive from clients all over the UK & Europe, this seems to have worked.
This may sound like marketing blurb, we do actually try our hardest to give everyone, from the one-man company to blue-chips, the same level of service. Yes, sometimes we do get something wrong, but we're the first to admit any mistakes and correct as soon as possible. We have an excellent email management program in place, so any contact made with us via the website is dealt with promptly, and efficiently.
We are not the cheapest company on the internet, but, and this is an important 'but', we do not cut corners on any of our materials/products. Our minimum business card board for instance is 400gsm, whereas many of the budget companies who offer cheap business cards, or even free ones, often use a board around the 210gsm mark which we just have no interest in stocking.
We work with many designers/design agencies and take our part in the overall process very seriously. We flightcheck everything, and when we work for an inexperienced designer we go the extra mile to make sure everything supplied is printable. We also provide a trade-printing service which has proved to be very popular. We are very experienced at shipping goods directly to the end user confidentially.
Our service extends beyond the 'bread & butter' products, such as: business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, invoices etc. and often we will 'manage' a whole project, e.g. trade exhibitions - to include roll-up banners, promotional products, banners, lifesize cardboard cut-outs etc.
