STAY AWAY FROM DESIGNB!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!! We hired DesignB in June for a web design project. Basically to create a site from top-to-bottom. After about 2 weeks of great progress, Brian(the owner I assume) told us that it would make TONS of sense if we were to go with a different domain name that he suggested, and had already purchased, and would sell to us for $1500 dollars! He said he wasnt making any money on this as that is what he paid for it(hard to belive) and that he really thought our site would be better if we had that domain. After we told him we werent interested in it, DesignB basically quit working on our project 100%. They wouldnt return calls, wouldnt respond to emails or IMs and just kept giving us dates where the "beta" would be complete but then never responded or ANYTHING when that date passed. As of right now it is 3 months into the project that Brian said would talk 4 weeks to complete and they have basically 1 page completed with no content, no links, nothing, just a few images. Brian said he would SELL that to us for half the project and we could get someone from craigslist to finish the project. HUH!?!?!? And now he wont refund the money we have already paid for work he HAS NOT DONE. We are in the process of taking this company to small claims court for the money we paid on top of opportunity costs we missed out on. This company is a nightmare and a scam and Brian Reynolds lacks responsibility, commitment, professionalism and honesty. I am ashamed to have chosen them for a project in the first place and I will do my best to make sure no one else makes the same mistake!!! STAY AWAY FROM DESIGNB!!! DONT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!
