No follow through

Ian Lai entered my life promising lots of beeels and whistles when it came to my website. After taking thousands of dollars to develop my site, his site is now offline, I have had no phone calls or explanations and yes... you guessed it NO WEBSITE. I truly hoped this innovative young man was different from the rest of his industry, but I am left missing thousands and now have to find yet ANOTHER designer to get my site up and running. BUYER BEWARE!
