What we can't do

While we do our best to make as much information available as possible, we cannot gurantee that it has been covered. In addition, unfortunately, we cannot always offer in depth help for free. If you have been through the knowledgebase, spoken to an agent via chat, support tickets or other methods, we have probably gone as far as we can.
