In addition to our core dating product, we are currently focused on creating the world’s most innovative mobile/tablet dating applications and a new application focused on helping couples discover and buy amazing date experiences.

We’re looking to add an amazing senior visual designer to our team.
Who You Are
You are an experienced visual designer who wants to join us in creating a suite of consumer-facing products that transform the way people find and sustain love online and offline.
You love, and know how to craft, beautiful web and mobile products that real people use. You understand marketing design (ad creative, landing pages, A/B testing of key interfaces, CRM design). You can’t imagine a design process that doesn’t include analytics-driven optimization.
You have:

Several years experience designing marketing creative, websites, and mobile / tablet applications.
Intimate knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
A killer instinct for UX design, online/mobile interaction, and what makes users click.
Experience in successfully managing your own projects from concept to creation.
Experience working within and building on an already existing style / brand.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A plus:

Understanding of web standards and modern client-side engineering using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
UX Design Experience.
Flash / Animation Experience.

The Job
You will help define and design our feature backlog and will play a key role in product marketing design. This includes being deeply involved in every step of the collaborative design process from conceptualization to UX design to visual design to implementation to metrics-driven assessment.
Over the next six months top priority projects include our new iPad app, core feature improvements to our dating application that help people discover curated date experiences, and the complete branding and design of our new couples application.
