We’re a small, but talented team of passionate web designers and developers.
We tend to over-deliver as a rule. Making cut-backs to meet client budget doesn’t suit us, pushing boundaries and doing something new is more our style. If we haven’t learned something new on today’s project than how can we be better for tomorrow’s?
We are light on management and heavy on results. Our team is able to work just as well independently as we do collaboratively.
We believe arguing with your boss is a good thing, and refusing to accept anything you can’t be proud of is even better.

About You

You get an odd facial tick when your project isn’t using source control.We may be small, but we’re big on collaboration. Every project we do is inside a git repo.
You’re self motivated and accountable. You’re able to project manage yourself and take the reigns if you see something dragging behind. You’ll be responsible for providing estimates and making sure you stay on-schedule and on-budget.
You love learning new things. As a small team we all need to be a jack of all trades. We try to do something new on every project and every moment in-between is treated like a hack day.
You’ve got excellent problem solving abilities, a firm grasp on algorithms and rock-solid computer science fundamentals
