I have already purchased the domain names, pcxparts.com and also pcxparts.net. Here is a list of criteria that the website should meet. The website must:
• Have a similar layout or design like that of other computer hardware and software company such as Newegg.com or ncix.com
• Be stylish. It must not replicate just an average website that sells products and services. It must be aesthetically pleasing to the viewers.
• Have the ability to compare the prices of my products to those of other website such as Newegg.com and ncix.com. The administrator should have the ability to change or add different websites. If the price changes on a website, then it should also change the price displayed on the product.
• Be easy to manage. In other words, the products can easy be added or deleted, comments or descriptions can be changed or altered easily, and also other similar items such as discounts, sales, rebates, etc.)
• Display a banner that shows the latest sales and new items
• Be “clean” and well organized.
• A shopping cart that stores products and can accessible even after a customer closed their browser.
• Store user’s personal names and information, which can allow users to create their own accounts for future purchases.
• Include an emailing system, that sends purchases to an email
• A refund option that allows user to get a confirmation number and other details that helps the customer refund their item
• Provide the administrator with the ability to see all products sold, which product got the most views and which product got the least views
• Have a price match item system. This allows the customer to submit a url, which the administrator must approve, which lets the customer get the selected product for a the same price of other resellers or at a discounted price.
• Have a testimony page where the customer can upload videos from YouTube or comment on the product (product review).
• Ask the customer for feedback regarding the website, the services provide and also the product itself.
• Give the customer the ability to compare products
