Description
Logo in EPS- needs to be changed to a transparent/clear background (currently a white background box). Also, need to clear out the vector based objects in the background of the logo (which is why the white box was placed to hide it).
Finally, need to deliver the design in various sized of GIF, JPEG and resubmit finalized EPS.

Purpose
A fairly low tech company needs to be able to use the logo on various colors of backgrounds and needs to be able to resize it without much distortion.
