Boston FETE redesign

so that it looks more like www.going.com, or even www.talkofnewyork.com

I\'m looking for a dynamic site that can be updated easily. These are some of the functions:

-Be able to easily post events
-post pictures
-have a log in feature to view pictures
-ability to RSVP on website and show count
-a field to collect email address
-space for ads
-a forum

Purpose

I would like this to be a full functional ticketing and event website, like a local version of ticketmaster.com, mixed with the features of www.going.com. I would like to be able to post events, give users a chance to purchase tickets, have users log on and see pictures from events, and have space for ads.

Competition

www.going.com www.talkofnewyork.com not really competition, but sites that do this in another market. Would like the look and functionality of these sites, but have it cater to the niche audience that I cater to.
