I would like the home page to be a sun-rising over a planet earth in space with button-hot links to the other pages. 1: Wind Power. 2. Solar Power 3. Electric Vehicles. 4. Green Roofs & Green Walls 5. Solar Powered Vehicles 6. Green Revolution 7. Global Warming 8. Carbon Foot-Print

The other pages can be left blank I will design. I want it designed using Joomla. Should be fairly simple. Essentially I need you to design the back-ground and the home page I will probably do the rest. But we can discuss the potential of outsourcing the entire project.
