STUDENT TRAVEL AND TOURISM WEBSITE

Hello there,
Firstly let me introduce myself, My name is Ian Cassidy and i am a student studying business management at university. As part of my course i have been given some funding for presenting a business plan. What I want to do is create a travel and tourism website for new students coming to the university informing them where all the local pubs/clubs/bars/restaurants are.
The website I want designing will be similar to this website

But with more of a student theme much like this example

i will require a content management system and also statistical information such as feeding back what links have been clicked on in terms of restaurant names. I want the users to be able to rate the restaurants, clubs, bars etc and have a rankings table for each.

If you could give me a rough quote for this website that would be much appreciated. Then we can speak more in detail about the website. I am looking at around 2 months for a completion date and would want a complete website debugged just before Christmas

6. Post code search – detailed search facility i.e looking for restaurants, chineese, in a 1 mile radius of St1
7. Blogs – For the owner of the site to educate and inform the visitors of the site of any latest news, information, findings –that will also allow for comments to be made by the visitor.
8. Comprehensive Site Satistics – Most viewed bar , restaurant, hotels, pages of website –tailor made to our requirements.
9. back end Login, with a content management system allowing me to modify all content such as Text fields on the website, Add / remove / amend categories, add/remove/amend new businesses to the website
10. When listing a business I will want to be able to list it under a specific category i.e. restaurants>Indian
11. The website will have a user login. Users will be able to login once they have signed up and provided their email addresses. When signing up users will be able to opt in / opt out for promotional material on the specific categories i.e restaurants, hotels, bars etc. Once the user is logged in he will be able to post in the forum and rate the different bars, hotel etc out of 5 stars and also be able to give a brief review of the service
Note: All reviews will be sent for moderation before approval to minimize the foul/ abusive language
