Lead generation site

Description

We would like to develop a lead generation site for roofing contractors. The site will utilize a web based form that visitors will fill out. The form will capture the demographic information of the visitor, as well as details regarding their roofing project. The demographic information will be verified using ServiceObjects.com DOTS Lead Validation to verify the validity of the demographic information entered. This information will be emailed to the roofing contractors that have signed up for the sites service. The roofing contractors can receive leads from 1 county for a flat monthy membership fee. They will also have the option to add additional counties for an additional monthly fee. The roofing contractors will only receive leads from visitors that are located in the counties that they have signed up for. The site will only allow 3 contractors to sign up per county.
