JAGUAR GROUP HEADER AND FOOTER

Hello Saran,
I would like a header and footer designed for my website that is under construction, Jaguar Group.
The header should have the name Jaguar Group. The logo is a jaguar walking across the united states holding a magnifying glass with the image of a dollar sign. In essence, the jaguar is searching the US for bargain properties. This is an educational real estate site, a complete tool for members to locate properties for pennies on the dollar. All links are provided within the site along with a commentary of instructions, step by step, and downloadable forms,on how to buy tax lien properties cheap.
The footer will be similar and include the paypal link for members to join.
Images are attached that I would like to be similar. I would like the jaguar very similar and I would like to own the copyright.
Can you please provide a rough estimate on this assignment.
