Description

A small professional independent publisher needs a very creative experienced graphic web designer to create a header on a site/blog for us. To us a header is like a banner, but larger, placed on the top of a site with no left nav.

We are only seeking the design (must provide PSD), & you need to know how to optimize graphics. We will do the coding.

We do require at least 3 revisions, but based on our vast experience, if the designer is really good & inline with what we wanted from the get go because their portfolio is really theirs, they understand the instructions & subject matter, & they are truly creative, there should be 1 revision or less.

This position is virtual and needs a very self-motivated, forward-thinking, open minded, respectful person who can meet deadlines, communicates well, & is drama free. Applicants must have experienced virtual employment.

Additional Needs

We are also potentially looking for a separate person - graphic designer to create forms, covers, etc.

Purpose

This was discussed above. We need 4-5 combos to start off with. The budget below is for one combo, as we will only start off with one to ensure we work well together.
