Design and create artwork for ads, brochures, trade publications, newsletters, tri-folds, fliers, handouts, t-shirts, etc., utilizing Adobe CS, QuarkXPress and Acrobat. Create the “Quest” newsletter in MS FrontPage and distribute to internal and external clients as E-Mail blasts. Also create PowerPoint presentations and format, create and modify documents in Word as well as create, format and modify training materials for internal and external use along with designing, creating and modifying corporate marketing materials. Designed and created covers, artwork and ads for brochures, trade publications, newsletters, tri-fold brochures, flyers, course guides, etc., utilizing QuarkXPress, Illustrator and Photoshop for B & F Tech and The Building & Fire Code Academy (a subsidiary of BF Tech). Placed created ads in various trade publications and on promotional gifts. Answered caller/email inquires regarding placing ads. Maintained client database and templates and provided marketing research. Ordered and processed mailings for promotional gifts, went out on the field with inspectors to take photos, website maintenance, created PowerPoint presentations with sound and animation, other duties as assigned.
