We sold it in 2004 for $15,000. The owner ran it for a year & half. He made more than his money back when we approached him on an expansion idea. He didn\'t have the time or money so we purchased it back for $15,000 (nice 1 1/2 year profit) late 2006. Since then, WHK went from selling 200 products to selling over 2,500 products. From $3,000 a month in sales to over $10,000 in monthly sales. It has been enjoyable to see the growth because we list ALL websites we operate for sale each year. We have listed the business for $60,000 in 2006 & $115,000 in 2007. We will list the business for sale at the end of 2008 for $250,000 and see if anyone is interested. Each time we sell it we over price the business greatly...but considering we have had 300% growth rate each year we are not too eager to sell it. The site is a difficult narrow plot but one with very scenic views which needed to be taken advantage of. The rear of the villa is cut into the side of the mountain so the other side needed to be a light as possible. All rooms have floor to ceiling glazing. A double height atrium entrance gave the initial wow factor. A pool placed to the side took advantage of the position of the sun and allowed for maximum width on the build.
