Charming Bed and Breakfast in Edinburgh city centre. Built in the 1920s, they have retained the best original features of the Bed and Breakfast, whilst still providing modern en-suite bedrooms that overlook our tranquil garden to the rear of the house. The Bed and Breakfast is located 1 mile north of Princes Street at the centre of Edinburgh and you can comfortably walk to the city centre in 15 to 20 minutes, or there is a frequent and reliable Bus service. There is free and unrestricted parking outside the Bed and Breakfast in Orchard Drive and the surrounding area. They are close to Murrayfield Stadium, the Gallery of Modern Art, the Dean Gallery, Edinburgh Zoo, the Royal Botanic Gardens and of course, Edinburgh Castle. Fashionable Stockbridge, with its many shops, restaurants and bars is just a few minutes walk away from the B&B. Located near to Edinburgh Airport, the Bus Station and Waverley & Haymarket train stations.
